Rates & Insurance

You will receive a one-on-one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. But due to your specific needs, rates could vary depending on if you receive 30-minute or 60-minute treatment sessions. Your evaluation will be 60-75 minutes in length. Please call (678) 506-0196 for details.

We are a fee-for-service clinic that is not in-network with insurance companies. We feel at this time, we can give you the care you need without having insurance companies dictating how many sessions you can receive, and it allows to truly give you one-on-one care that each patient needs to heal and recover.

How can I get reimbursed from my insurance company?

We will provide you with a receipt with all the information that you need in order to submit your claim to your insurance company. If you have met your deductible for the year, you will receive a percentage of the cost of the session. These percentages vary widely between each person, so you will need to contact your insurance company to find your detailed benefits. If you have not met your deductible, you can still submit your claim to be applied towards your deductible.

We are starting to see increase in deductibles and co-pays with insurance companies across the board. Make sure you know your benefits, and what it means if we take your insurance.

There is a trend of deductibles increasing and co-pays increasing to as much as $50/visit. If you have a deductible of $2000 and have not met the deductible you will be paying out of pocket for any health services until that deductible is met. So even if you are searching for providers that are in-network you will still be responsible for 100% of costs until you reach that deductible. Unfortunately, due to decline in reimbursement rates healthcare providers have had to increase amount of patients in the clinic per provider in order to make a profit as a company. Therefore, you may have a shortened treatment session or you may be treated at the same time as another patient.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is the amount of money you have to have met with your insurance company in order for your medical services to be covered at a percentage (i.e. 80/20, 50/50) by your insurance company.

How do I find out my insurance benefits, what would I ask?

It can seem a bit overwhelming getting to know your insurance, please refer this handout I have created to help guide you in your conversation with your insurance company representative.
