They follow up each appointment with pictures and instructions for the exercises so you can easily remember how to do them at home. As a man we tend to not talk about our pain. I am so glad I was referred to them. Guys, this is not therapy just for women. We share a lot of the same parts. If you have been suffering from bladder issues, prostate issues, ED, or anything in the underwear region then I employ you to see if they can help.
